Starters
Classic Prawn Cocktail

Succulent Atlantic prawns served on a bed of lettuce, topped with marie-rose sauce and accompanied with 
brown bread and butter

Creamy Garlic Mushrooms
Sliced Mushrooms cooked in a white wine, garlic and cream sauce.  Served on a slice of Garlic Ciabatta
Duck Liver and Orange Pate
Smooth Duck Liver Pate blended with herbs and served with toasted bread and a plum and apple chutney

Grilled Halloumi Salad  (v) (c)
Grilled Halloumi cheese with salad leaves, tomato, cucumber, red onion, mixed peppers and served with a Greek style minted yoghourt dressing
Deep-fried Cajun Breaded Brie © (v)
Deep-fried Breaded Brie coated with cajun spices and gently fried until golden.  Served with a crisp green salad and a sweet chilli sauce.

Main Course
Roast Topside of Beef
Delicious Roast Topside of Beef and Yorkshire Pudding served with roast and mashed potatoes, a selection of fresh seasonal vegetables and our own special recipe gravy.
Roast Turkey
Succulent Norfolk Turkey roasted until golden and accompanied with a bacon and sausage roll, sage and onion stuffing, roast and mashed potatoes, a selection of fresh seasonal vegetables, honey glazed parsnips and our own special recipe gravy.

Chicken breast served with a creamy brandy, French mustard and mushroom sauce.  Served with a choice of potatoes and fresh market vegetables.
Wexford Steak 
8oz Rump steak grilled to your liking and topped with a creamy white wine, stilton and mushroom sauce
Fillet of Salmon 
Fillet of Salmon served with  a white wine and chive sauce, a choice of potatoes and fresh market vegetables.
Mushroom Cranberry and Brie Wellington (v)
Vegetarian Wellington with mushrooms, spinach, onions, brie and cranberry and wrapped in puff pastry.  Served with a choice of potatoes, a selection of fresh seasonal vegetables and our own vegetarian gravy

Apple Rhubarb and Red Cherry Crumble 
Delicious home-made crumble served with fresh double cream, creamy custard or vanilla ice -cream.  
Salted Caramel Manhattan Stack  
A light chocolate sponge base smothered with a rich dark chocolate truffle and toffee soft centre, topped with vanilla cream,
​a cream filled profiterole, a caramel glaze and bubble chocolate plaque with white chocolate. 
Served with fresh double cream or Vanilla ice-cream

Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake
A crunchy crushed caramelized biscuit base with a layer of Biscoff spread topped with a rich smooth cheesecake and finished with a Biscoff spread and crumble.  Served with fresh double cream or Vanilla ice-cream
