Starters
Duck Liver Pate 
A deliciously smooth pate made from duck liver pate and served with toasted bead and a plum and apple chutney
Mushrooms on toast (v)
Mushrooms served in a white wine, cream and fresh garlic sauce and drizzled on slices of fresh garlic ciabatta
Cajun Breaded Brie
Deep-fried Breaded Brie coated with cajun spices and gently fried until golden.  Served with a crisp green salad
and a sweet chilli sauce.

Succulent Atlantic prawns served on a bed of crispy lettuce with a cointreau marie-sauce dressing and served with
a warm roll and butter (gluten free roll for coeliacs)

8oz Rump steak grilled to your liking and smothered in a creamy brandy, French mustard and mushroom sauce.  Served with a choice of potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables
Peppered Chicken ©
Chicken breast covered in a creamy pepper sauce made with fresh double cream, brandy and black peppercorns.
Served with a choice of potatoes and fresh market vegetables.

Fresh Salmon Fillet in a White wine and Chive Sauce ©
A boneless fresh fillet of salmon, delicately poached and smothered in a white wine and chive sauce (please ask for gluten free option sauce ©) and served with a choice of potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables
Mushroom Cranberry and Brie Wellington (v)
